Just a quick note to let you know that your organizing ideas are inspiring. Your article on shopping caught my interest because, while I don’t shop often, I do think I should spend less on clothes.
So, during the last few weeks I have been taking a good hard look at my wardrobe and trying to find ways to shake the idea that I have nothing to wear. Here’s my new strategy: I have begun putting the just-washed clothes in on the right side and choose my next outfit from the left. I begin by picking my outer top layer, a sweater or jacket, as a starting point.
As a result, I am enjoying getting dressed and feel that when I go shopping next I will have a very specific idea of what I need to buy. Thanks for encouraging me to be creative.

Thanks Paula! Your idea is really wonderful. Way to think through a great solution. The best part is that not only is it a wonderful idea but it works for you – you now enjoy getting dressed in the morning.
